CD SAFETY STROBE
LED SIGNALLING STROBE & BACKUP LIGHT
Custom Divers safety strobe is a multi-function device which can be used for safety, signalling and backup. It has three white LEDs, one red LED and one green LED. All the LEDs are high-intensity and can quick flash, slow flash or be constant on. At night the triple white LEDs can be seen from up to 3 miles away on the surface.
Suggested uses:
•White flashing – diver location (especially during night dives), waypoint marker, bottom of shot line marker.
•White constant on – backup light
•Red – danger, ‘I need help’, ‘end dive at once’
•Green – ‘Come to me’, ‘look what I’ve found’, instructor location, staged/backup air/gas location
The modes are easily switched via the large press-button on the front of the casing. Long press the button to turn on/off and short press to change desired colour or mode of the strobe light when on.When the strobe is turned on it return to the colour and flash rate it was when turn off. After turning on, short press the button to change to the desired mode and colour.
Its lightweight and compact size makes the system easy to mount /install on any equipment by using either the quick release base to fix to webbing or, for permanent mounting, the base may be attached via two 4mm holes in the housing base. There is a lanyard attachment point for extra security.
